Event Description : We are CASTING 50 very specific fans to be apart of the Pre Race Show for the Daytona 500 which will feature rock superstar BON JOVI!
Please note:
- IF SELECTED TO BE A PART OF THE SHOW, YOU WILL RECEIVE A 1iota E-TICKET NOTIFICATION.
-YOU MUST ACCEPT YOUR E-TICKET ONLINE, PRINT IT AND BRING IT TO THE EVENT FOR ADMISSION.
Here is some information that you need to know. THERE IS A BIG TIME COMMITMENT. You must be able to make the entire schedule.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH, 2006 – REHEARSAL DAY
1:00P - 7:30P MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE REHEARSHAL TIME. IF WE CAN ACCOMODATE YOUR TICKET REQUEST, WE WILL EMAIL YOU THE LOCATION.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH, 2006 – RACE DAY
6:30A - 2:15P YOU WILL GET ALL THE DETAILS FOR RACE DAY AT THE SATURDAY REHEARSHAL.

FAQ
(Q) What will I be doing on the field?
(A) During the rehearsal on Saturday, February 18th, you will learn how you will enter the field by running out & taking a particular spot on the field (the same spot for Race Day) and how you will be exiting the field. It will be very specific spot which will be located right in front of the main stage. You will stand out on the field during the 10 minute Bon Jovi performance and be an excited fan!
(Q) What if I can’t make the rehearsal on Saturday, February 18th? Is this a problem?
(A) The rehearsal is MANDATORY and if you miss it, unfortunately you won’t be able to participate. Since it's such a large audience and this is a big show, a rehearsal is necessary.
(Q) Will I get to watch the Daytona 500?
(A) Yes, you will be allowed to stay and see the Race for free following your performance. You will be allowed to watch the Race from the Fan Zone.
(Q) What about overnight accommodations near the track?
(A) At this point, overnight accommodations will be very hard to find. You MUST Have a place to stay or live within driving distance.
(Q) What do I wear for the performance on Race Day?
(A) You would dress as if you were going to a BON JOVI concert.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMMITTING
- Though this will be an amazing FUN opportunity, this is also a big commitment from you.
- Be at least Age 18+. 18 is the minimum age permitted on the field. ALL must be very physically fit since we'll be standing for extended periods of time.
- Each and every person must sign up individually and you will be check in on both rehearsal day and race day.
- Transportation will not be provided to the Daytona Beach area.
- There is no paid compensation or Race tickets provided, however you will be given a special badge to stay for the Race after the Bon Jovi concert.
- We will be providing you ALL beverages both days and a light breakfast on Race Day. When you are at the speedway, a concession stand will be open for food purchases at a discounted rate for concert crowd members. You are on your own for food purchases at the track for Sunday. There are several concession stands for your use.
- You will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional, safe, and courteous manner during the rehearsal and performance.
- DO NOT BRING ANY PERSONAL ITEMS TO REHEARSAL. THERE IS NO PLACE TO STORE OR HOLD THEM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. There is no security to watch your items or any storage place for them.
- The performance and rehearsals will take place RAIN or SHINE! If the forecast calls for rain, please bring rain gear with you.
- By submitting your application, you agree to all of the terms listed and all of the information on the Volunteer Cast Agreement.
