The show will pay tribute to a new category on the vmas - best dancing in a video. Status Quo, Kaba and Breaksk8 from season 1 and Fanny Pack and the runner-up from season 2 will use one of these nominated videos to inspire their performance.

	ABDC is always fun to go to. good times and great people. I loved the dance off between the different sections, some good, some bad, and some horrible(me haha)
